EXCEPTIONS TO VALIDATE THE RETURN
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Processing a return(if applicable) will start once we receive the package(if complies with the return policy)
- Processing timeline starts when we receive the package. Returns timeline (if applicable) will depend on the carrier used based on your order(UPS, USPS, DHL). So if for example your order took 4-5 days to receive, we may receive in 4-5 days.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to include:
- The refund process and time will depend on the customer bank and will be applied right away once we receive the package that complies with the Return Policy
- Replacement of product will depend on each case. For items that were faulty will be send right away once we receive image/video proof
- Store credit are not available at this time
- Any shipping fees for international order the customer will need to pay
- If your package is lost or damaged please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL)
- If your package is damaged due to faulty characteristics and not the shipping handling, please reply to your order confirmation email to request an exchange of your product. In some cases, you may need to send the package back to us (See Initiate Return Instructions)
